β¨ Options to Modify:
πΉ Place a cushion or block under your forehead for extra support
πΉ Keep knees together for more back support or widen them for a deeper hip stretch
πΉ Rest arms alongside your body for a gentler variation
πΉ Place a bolster between legs or on top of heels to support your seat
πΉ Place a bolster under the chest to support the upper body and head
