πŸ”Ή Place a cushion or block under your forehead for extra support
πŸ”Ή Keep knees together for more back support or widen them for a deeper hip stretch
πŸ”Ή Rest arms alongside your body for a gentler variation
πŸ”Ή Place a bolster between legs or on top of heels to support your seat
πŸ”Ή Place a bolster under the chest to support the upper body and head
