Hi, I’m Nick.
A yoga teacher based in Edinburgh with a background in trauma-informed and nervous system-focused practice.
I created Reroot with Nick because I know what it feels like to be exhausted, overwhelmed, and unable to find your way back to yourself. These practices helped me. I hope they help you too.
