How to do THREAD THE NEEDLE

โœจ Options to Modify:

๐Ÿ”น Place a cushion or block under your head for extra support

๐Ÿ”น Add a gentle twist by pressing the arm that is grounded into the mat

๐Ÿ”น If you extend your top arm towards the front of the room, try tenting up your fingers for a shoulder stretch

๐Ÿคฐ If pregnant, modify by keeping the twist very gentle
