Why I Created Nervous System Reset
These practices grew out of my own experience of burnout, depression and nervous system overwhelm.
For a long time, I moved through repeated cycles of burnout, depression, and deep demotivation. At times, my nervous system felt constantly overwhelmed or completely shut down.
Through my yoga teaching and training, I became curious about how yoga practices could support nervous system regulation.
