An opportunity

to look inwards

Welcome!

This is a space for you to connect with your yoga practice in whatever way you feel serves you.

I am here as your guide, and together we will explore yoga as a somatic embodied experience, helping us regulate our nervous system and reconnect with our mind, body and self.

Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just starting your journey, I’m here to support every stretch and breath along the way.

Hi, I’m Nick.

I am a lover of plants and nature, a traveller, yoga student & teacher.

My yoga journey began when I moved from Australia to Edinburgh in 2019. Living just around the corner from a friendly yoga studio (East Side Yoga), I committed to a frequent yoga practice to find a routine and connection in my new environment. Several years later, in 2022, my love for yoga led me to a 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) with Rebecca Sirman (Rebecca Sirman Yoga), and I have been teaching ever since.

Even though I became a yoga teacher, I approach the life-long study of yoga with a beginner’s mind, constantly finding opportunities to learn and grow. Since my YTT, I have trained in teaching Yin and Chair Yoga with Allison Harrison (Hot Yoga Edinburgh) and Children’s Yoga with Bryony Duckit (YogaBeez Children’s Yoga School).

More recently, I completed training in Trauma-Informed Yoga with Jeanine Talento and Brooke Alexander (School Yoga Institute). This training explored how to teach yoga in an embodied and inclusive manner, creating a space for people who have experienced trauma to approach yoga in their own way.

My classes will continue to evolve as my experience grows, but my main goal as a teacher is to hold a mindful space for students and encourage them to find calm and confidence within their practice.
